If you have to interfere with the roads, the work should only be done at night
I so did NOT appreciate this company Annandale Inc choosing to go several miles on Rt 522 (an 2 lane road) and not taking any consideration of making way for the tremendous traffic back up to stop and allow cars to go by every 1-2 miles would be thoughtful and beneficial. Even for safety issues if there was a medical emergency. This was a 20 minutes back up.
The owner is basically a puppet master, very favoritism oriented environment. Also he has questionable relations with one of the foreman. You can expect to work 70+ hours a week with no appreciation. Shifts are usually 12 hours but can switch to 20+ at moments notice.the field workers work 6-7 days a week 60-80 hours some even work 90-100. The office only works 7-3 m-f.
