We hired A&K Painting and Remodeling to refinish our hardwood floors. Allen came out and estimated the work in person, sent an estimate, and we scheduled a start date. On the first day he required a $1000 down payment, which I paid. On the third day he and his helper showed up and complained about having to move items in order to refinish the floors. Business says it is not their fault, but this was their address that looked like a landfill and I am still finding trash that blew around the neighborhood.
