Sultan and his team did a phenomenal job of renovating my backyard, which included clean up, sod installation, and interlocking/step installation. Sultan will finish the job but is v. difficult to work with. He will make an invoice with all tasks involved, only for the invoice to mean nothing. He asks for more money along the way. Doesn't take direction really well and we have to re-do our entire side yard because he just did what he felt like doing, which did not meet the city's requirements of grading. I have to pay an additional 3500$ to re-dig all the stones out and bring it level of neighbouring property. He buried our water shut-off valve somewhere in the front g... read more
