A and J has been extremely unprofessional and has caused ongoing stress throughout our experience. The supervisor for my son’s therapist has been changed four separate times, and there is no confidence that it won’t continue happening. We took our 4-year-old to A & J Behavioral Health Services in Livingston for an evaluation. While they explained they couldn’t provide services without a diagnosis—which we understood—we asked for a written summary of the evaluation and the doctor’s recommendations. That was four months ago, and despite multiple emails and phone calls, we have yet to receive anything. Every time we follow up, we’re given excuses or the runaround.
