Excellent service. I had a great experience bringing my car here for the first time. No check engine light on, however it was making squeaking noises. Since I have never changed the CVT transmission fluid, I might have damaged the transmission permanently. Fluid was replaced and the car sounds better. Mike was kind, knowledgeable, and explained in detail all these things. Definitely recommend this place and bring my car later when needed.
Very disappointed. I bring my car here for repairs and oil changes. When the oil change time came ( which is something I used to do for all my cars) I decided to change it myself. They have tightened the oil plug so hard, I had to get a breaker bar to get it off, I am suspecting they cross threaded it too. I tried to take the oil filter off using two or three different wrenches, with no luck. I called them, person answered said that toyota oil filters are hard to take off?? Great experience, I’m from out of town I had an issue with the car Mr.Ai helped me out with checking out the car and making sure it was great for a long drive back totally recommend this place for anyone in and out of town.
This place is awful. They screwed me over every chance they could get. I had to have my headlights replaced and they were able to do it, But they destroyed the alignment of my bumper in the process. They had to fix my side mirror and it literally took them two weeks. And when I finally got the car back, the driver door light was completely broken and all they could tell me was “oh sorry we broke it when we were taking the door off to fix the mirror.” He looked me in my eyes and told me he’d order a new part and never did.
