***STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS-LAW SUIT FILED AGAINST THEM*** My elderly parents hired this electrician to install recessed lighting and change an electrical panel. Fernando A. is the owner and the only listed employee. This was a total bait and switch scam. Fernando began the job, disconnected the old panel. Immediately the city of Burbank was notified that our home was receiving power, while the meter was disconnected. The city inspector arrived the next day.
