The smog check technician smokes in the facility. Big no no. He took one look at my engine and muttered, "This is a swapped motor.", closed the hood and told me to leave. I politely told him my engine is not swapped. My car is just a rare model 1992 Acura Integra GS-R with a VTEC engine! I asked him to look it up on his database.
