Stay away from this developer. They told us they will finish the property in one year and it took 2.5 years to finish. Every day with a new excuse. We kept our patience and paid rent for extra 1.5 year because we liked the design of the house. After 2.5 year, not only the house looked different but the market has gone down. Finally, they tried to not giving us the accumulated interest on our deposit and after a lot of follow up he deducted more than $500 from our interest without any explanation.
