I had a great experience at A-American Self Storage thanks to Joan. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process easy to understand. We also had a great conversation, especially talking about our Filipino background it made the experience feel very welcoming and personal. Joan is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her customers. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend A-American Self Storage, and if you get the chance, ask for Joan!
