Mike replaced 2 parts on our Samsung 5-year old refrigerator in two days at a minimum savings of 30%. The service agency Samsung recommended wasn’t able to see us for 5 days and quoted an initial fee 40% higher than A Ameri-Tech. Mike was a no-nonsense, efficient worker and even waited patiently while I cleaned behind the refrigerator. I would definitely use this company, and especially Mike, again for any additional repairs.

I called to schedule a repair and talked to someone who was going to schedule a time but i never got a return call with an appointment

I contacted this company to have a igniter replaced in a Hotpoint oven. The individual that answered the phone was extremely rude and obnoxious. When I tried to ask another question he hung up. Stay away fro this guy, if he's rude before service I can only imagine how poor his service is also!!

Said he would call at 11:30. Called at 1:30 but power was out and he needed to hear the noise we were describing. Said he had another repair and would call when completed before leaving the area for the day. He called 2 hours later and said he already was out if the area and rescheduled for next day. Wasted an entire day for no service. Showed up the next day and argued about wearing a mask and left without doing anything. Totally unprofessional.
