Great service and help from Maria Burgun. She is dependable and transparent.
The team that came out were exceptional. They explained everything that was going to happen and answered every question I had. They took pictures, made sure I was satisfied. The people that answered the phone spent 10 minutes explaining my system to me and the important things to look for prior to me even scheduling them. They have been one of the top service providers I have had in 4 years since moving to Miami.
Two men dug up and opened the front of my septic tank. They proceeded to tell me that my tank was completely full and sewage was to the top of the tank. They said that the drain field was damaged and that to pump, pressure wash, repair the drain field and install a metal grate would cost $4,400. I told them that I'd need to get another estimate as this was far more than I was expecting to have to pay.
