If I could give less than 1 star on this rating, I would do so. This company has no respect for their customers - none. Do yourself a favor and find another company to spend your hard-earned money with. Not only do they not care about your business, they also have the worst customer service I have encountered. They don't show up when they say they will, when they do their staff is rude. When I called Rob, the manager, regarding my concerns with their service, he could have cared less. We utilized A.Alliance to move my household goods to their storage facility. The drivers arrived as scheduled.The work was planned to take 4 hours and was completed 15 minutes early. All work and the billing was as promised. Excellant job. I also received a call from the owner as the work progressed to ensure I was satisfied.

These people are the best!!! Everyone from the office staff to the movers and packers, all were very knowledgeable, polite and on time. All my belongings were handled with great care and consideration. I would recommend them to anyone who is considering using a moving company. Absolutely great company!!!!
