I contacted this company on a Tuesday and spoke with an assistant who quoted me $49 to test for a gas leak and provide an estimate for any repair. She scheduled a visit for the next day (Wednesday) between 10 AM and 6 PM—a pretty wide time window—but she assured me the plumber would give me a courtesy call when he was on his way. Bob Miller and Co is the real deal…honest, hard working, fair pricing. He went above and beyond for us with an outside main pipe to our house under difficult tree roots and in 100 degree hot humid weather. Fair pricing as well. Highly recommend!
