I don’t really leave reviews often, but I feel like this one is justified. I bought a sewing machine from here back in January, but I ended up not liking it as much as I thought I would. As far as I know they didn’t list it anywhere, but their return policy is 15 days. That time window passed because I had other events going on in my life, and I was devastated that I couldn’t get a refund for such a big purchase. So glad I found Chris and this place. Very kind knowledgeable man. Brought my 26 yr old Rainbow vacuum in that i cant live without. Just needed a new air filter. He cleaned and serviced it too. Works like new. Fair price and time. Noticed they also do sewing classes and repairs. I will be back for both of those. Highly recommend this business. Thank you.

I took my vacuum in because the turbo stopped working. They took it in. They charge me for it, but they didn’t fix it today. I called about My Sewing Machine. He insisted it had to do with the aligning wrong again. He didn’t know what he was talking about because all it took was the foot pedal on the sewing machine. I changed it out yesterday and forgot and it’s been acting up ever since once I changed it back it works beautifully so no thanks to them.
