We had problems with our sewing machine and called Chris. He said bring it right in, we can help you. As soon as we walked in the door nice lady named Dawn greeted us a started working on the machine right there. She showed us how to load the bobbin correctly and gave us some very helpful tips. They didn't even charge us anything! We highly recommend this company.

One time I took my steam cleaner to get fixed, my bill was like 83$, paid him with 100$. He never gave me my change. He just assumed I was tipping him 17$. Never went back after that..

Everyone at this shop is very friendly and helpful especially Chris. My Janome MC12000 was not sewing correctly so I took it on for repairs. Sadly it could not be repaired. Chris was able to secure a replacement from Janome for me free of charge. I'm still amazed that Janome would replace it with a new machine and I'm eternally grateful to Chris for making it happen.
