Very friendly. Not reliable. Ordered a part with a down payment on a Weds. . Was told by Mike that it would be probably Monday when it should be in. Called and talked to Mike on the following Weds. I wanted a status on the part. He stated that he forgot to order the part. after further discussion, he stated that he normally waits until he has enough parts to fill his order. do not take your stuff here they are horrible we brought our commercial vacuum there they said the motor was shot and it would be $200 to fix it then when we said no they tried to charge us $40 for looking at it which we did not pay no one mentioned a fee for diagnosing the problem then we took our vacuum to another shop who listened to it and said it was clogged then reached in pulled it out and handed it back free of charge works perfectly so therefore Discount Vacuum and sewing are crooks beware!!!
