I suspected that something had perished in my fireplace - turns out I was very correct. AAAC Wildlife was able to get me on their schedule faster than any other company I called. They were quick, clean and kind and I was so grateful to have the problem taken care of so easily!

For the prior 2 weeks (at least)..my 100+ year old, water intruded, nightmare basement had been increasingly smelling awful with no sensible explanation — no plumbing leaks, drain P-trap flushed, etc. I suspected hidden mold or mildew from water intrusion behind a wall, but that wasn't where the smell was concentrated. I had to do a double take, but upon peeking through a long-sealed but cracked window (hidden under an expansion/deck), I was met with a HUGE, WET, STINKING PILE(S) OF S*** on the other side of the glass. I cannot recommend AAAC Wildlife Removal highly enough. After dealing with a raccoon living in my wall for two weeks, I was frustrated by other companies that misdiagnosed the problem as rats and quoted me anywhere from $4,000 to $8,000 for unnecessary poison and exclusion work. The owner, Sam, came out personally and immediately identified the real issue. Unlike the others, he actually found the raccoon and had it removed in a single afternoon.
