I hired this company to advise and help with a squirrel problem (they keep trying to build nests in the retractable awning over our patio and chewing holes in the fabric and stripping the insulation from electric wires.) I accepted his solution of screwing two live traps into our house above the awning and coating the wires with some kind of repellent and handed over a check for $319. A litter of opossums was unfortunately trapped in our basement, but Sam was a HUGE help in getting them all out. He provided great communication and came to pick up a new baby opossum almost everyday for a week on short notice. We really appreciated his responsiveness, professionalism and general willingness to help. Highly recommend!
