I have been trying to get the owner to complete this installiation now for almost 2 and one half months, I also prepaid the installiation, which was my big mistake. The owner has had free and easy access to my home as they have the keys, this owner has used every excuse in the book, not to complete the job. Do not try to do business with this firm.
