I sent this email a week ago and have received no response so that should tell you that this company does not value hard work, follow-through, or the customer…. Randy is honorable. I tried to pay my bill by giving him free reign on my 90 year old body, like a free use thing, but he said no and just took the cash. I need you Randy.
Randy is the best! Fast, friendly, and most importantly honest. We thought our AC unit went out and expected a replacement but Randy simply filled it with freon (I think…) and it was good to go! 10/10 would go with an honest repair person over a lot of reviews. This man deserves the business.
Randy has always helped me out. Quick to get me on the schedule, finds the problem and takes care of it for a fair price!
