The man needs to retire or go into another trade. He did not fix the issue at hand and proceeded to call warranty company to say it was a power surge issue. Which wasnt the case. Garbage!

I’ve used these guys for 5 years and they have always done a great job. Most recently had a capacitor go bad on AC unit and Scott was at our house in 2 hours. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within minutes. Pricing was fair and workmanship was excellent.

BEWARE!! Our warranty company sent out Scott Baylis. This man is rude and highly argumentative. He did not fix the problem and he told our warranty company that we broke our own thermostat because we tried to fix it ourselves. Not only is he incompetent, he lied to try to get $250.00. He sloppily replaced a fan motor which was not the problem. We still have no AC and will be calling a REAL company to come in and fix this issue tomorrow. Do not let this man inside your home.

Below review was from my Tennant of my rental property again through American Home shield We had a horrible experience with this warranty company and their contracted AC company Baylis & Baylis. I tried giving them a chance, but I do think it’s in yours and our best interest not to deal with them anymore. They really contract with the most incompetent people. Very disrespectful. They called saying they'd be between 11-1 pm. I'm going to work so I told him my fiance would be there. They came at 10:30 am. She had the day off so she wasn't fully dressed and asked if he could wait a minute so she can get dressed. He said "Lady I don't have time for that" then said he "told her landlord" he'd be coming.
