We’ve had good experience with this company. Technicians are professional and do the job right the first time. Yes, they are pricey, but they came and fixed our less than one-year old unit when the company that sold it to us couldn’t be bothered to come and look at it. That was five years ago, and we’ve been with AATC since. Update: We woke up to water dripping from ceiling around the air intake on Christmas Eve morning. Stay away. The equipment and the service are both unreliable. I bought a new central air conditioner For my 1200 foot condo from them last Memorial Day. About three months later it stopped working. The tech came out, said it was something to do with the coolant, supposedly fixed it, and left. Now it is early December. It’s not even hot out. I have the thermostat set for 70 and the house is at 75. Two times in seven months I now have to have service again.
