I got my unit on June 4th paid in full. June 15 I have a red lock on my unit stating that I am behind on my payment. It was a real inconvenience to drive all the way there to find I could not access my storage unit. After being out $20 in fuel and finding out the owner is on vacation, I still can not access my storage unit.
These are some of the nicest people possible. You can actually call them for whatever renting a space or inquiries, and they will talk to you not only about the rental but other things such as the local community etc
