This company posted an add to rent an office space in the storage facility in Elyria. It was marketed with access to two restrooms. Turns out they rented this place out knowing it can have no access to water. They reported person in charge experienced medical emergencies so they were not able to show up to any of our scheduled appointments. In good faith I have been patient and waiting to resolve this issue. I was told to use the bathroom at KFC located nearby. This place was disgusting upon entering. It was easy to rent the unit. Anytime I had a question, she was able to help me and if I had to leave a message because it was after hours, she returned my call promptly the next morning. Closing out was quick also.
Initially I worked with Shadia. She was always so polite and helpful and took her time. And answered every single question I had. Then I dealt with Linda and she also provided this same level of customer service. Today excellent customer service is very hard to come by. I’m so I’m impressed that a storage unit takes this much care to have capable and solicitous staff. I would HIGHLY recommend A-Affordable Self Storage. Kathy
