I had really bad experience with one of the customer service agents over the phone, she didn’t give me her name but she was so rude to me and my husband when I requested a supervisor she hung up on me, I was just trying to figure out payments for our policy but she was so unhelpful and defensive. The manger Donna called us back and was super helpful and respectful, she broke everything down for us and was very polite and professional!
