Incompetent staff they allowed a lobby of six or seven people to sit there while the one office worker was on hold for 2 hours on the phone when she could have opted to have them call her back instead of sitting waiting on the phone on speakerphone by the way because the registry computer was down and they do a $50 fee for registry plates she would not sell insurance to the seven other people waiting for hours after I had said that I've been waiting for 2 hours and I'm mentally disabled and handicapped they called the police... read more
