Nothing really special about this location. We had auto insurance trough them once before when we lived in Texas years ago. When we came back to Texas and needed to renew the car insurance, I decided to go back with A-Afordable because we never had any problems or underhanded tactics done to us as we experienced with a different agent from a different company.
I’ve been on the phone trying to get a quote since 1 pm & all I get is “We’re really swamped, I’ll give you a call back in about 25-30 minutes” well I’ve called back twice & since they know it’s me, by the caller id, the first time they didn’t even pick up, the second time they had the nerve to answer & say “Yes hello Mrs. Diaz” like yes hello I’ve been waiting for a call back for 4 HOURS.
