Avoid this office. I have never experienced customer service this unprofessional. I was told I had a 2023 accident on my driving record that I have no knowledge of. Based on what I was told, I wasted valuable time attempting to verify and resolve an issue that may not have even existed. Etzu I think that’s how you spell her name. Shedid her job and found A better price insurance for my car. Always nice and professional. The only downfall never have a second question to go back and ask because she’s never around. Otherwise great service keep it up guys.
