This guy also is a slumlord.. he basically took $1600 from us for a property he owns at 4397 Cary Dr. Snellville. He pretended this was one of the best rental units around. While painters where there putting fresh coats of paint on the wall. He rented this unit that had rats and roaches running around. And the icing on the cake is the previous tenants were meth addicts. The house has never been cleaned properly or professionally after they left. Causing us to get so sick we only stayed in the house for 1 week and had to move... read more
