Awful quality products, basic threads were incorrect on a standard bolt purchase, poor shipping logistics, and poor customer service. Charging customers 30% restocking fee for a 1 foot bolt that didn't work based on poor QA/QC is robbery.

Horrible experience!!!! Was told I could place a small order, they took my order, called me 3 times to make sure it was correct, charged my card, then sent me an email that the order was too small, leaving me hanging at the job site. If I was told to begin with I could not place the order I would have looked elsewhere. They take forever to process orders, and respond back. Don’t waste your time with A Aerial,
