If I could give zero stars I would. I was referred to Dr Gabriel from my family doctor for an ADHD diagnosis - I was a patient of his for over a year and a half. Given that he was my first psychiatrist I had no idea what to expect however I quickly realized through conversations with family and friends, as well as other psychiatrists that Dr. Gabriels behaviour is BEYOND out of the ordinary and unprofessional to say the very least. Has not responded to customer google reviews. Those with ADD may find further support reading the Gabor Mate, MD. book Scattered Minds to learn it's origins, how it manifests, and ways to address.
This was the worst doctor I have ever encountered. He was constantly minimizing my experience, he was so rude, and unprofessional. He constantly asked me if I was drinking or using substances, and when the medication he prescribed me started to cause serious anxiety and severe depression, he said to me do I need to get a blood test from you, because if your drinking or using substances on this medication that's what happens. Been clean for 12 years. Avoid this doctor.
Horrible phone intake. Ended up in tears with no solutions by the end of it. Would not recommend. Don't waste your time. I just poured out my life to you to be judged. Not the help I was looking for.
