Very kind and knowledgeable. Gave me a heads up when he was on his way which I greatly appreciate. Taught me a lot of helpful facts to keep our carpets clean on a daily basis.
My neighbor was using A Action to get his carpets done for move out. I went over knowing we needed ours done the same week. The tech was great; very friendly and when I explained that my son is special needs in that if exposed to strong fragranced chemicals, he could have a seizure so I was concerned about that, he was nice enough to explain the process and even allow me to smell the pre-treatment they use.
