Came out same day to troubleshoot our RVs thermostat. He fixed our problem quickly (operator error) and was very knowledgeable with any questions we had. It was worth not having to bring it in to the dealership for service. Would recommend!
Most unorganized, company had no tools they were suppost to have, left work undone i had to finish and cost me almost 500.00 for an ac service. I should have read some of the preavious reviews. I will not call them to do anything else.
Guy said he would be out that week. He never would return calls and never showed. After several attempts to reach him via text and phone, we had to call someone else.
Left in the middle of the job and disappeared. Telephone mailboxes were full so couldn't contact by phone and never responded to text messages. I finally had to hire another repair service to complete the work.
