Avoid at all cost! BOTTOM LINE- Do not use them. They are awful, worst customer service ever, and don't even show up when they say. The first time we ever needed a plumber. We ended up fixing the problem ourselves, and when we called the company to let them know they weren't needed we were yelled at and told to never call them again. We were just trying to be courteous and save them some time. Bottom Line - Being courteous is not in their list of services.
