Worked with Mr. Hardy had some questions. We both figured the best way was for him to look at it. He looked and identified my transmission right away and suggested he take it for a test drive with his diagnostic tool. After the drive he said there was no need for a new transmission, it was fine, just a 2005 van old, but just fine. He would not accept any money for the diagnostic test or ride. It seems clear to me that these folks do good work. The thing is even going by the shop twice and calling multiple times there is no way to contact them hense the one star. There could be many reasons for this however if you have a business answer calls or allow prospective customers to reach you..
I've had several transmissions built by Jimmy and they always take care of me
I would not recommend the place to anyone.
