Called and made appointment for tech to come out next week. Tech diagnosed problem in 20 minutes. Had parts ordered and shipped to my house. Once the parts arrived they called to schedule a follow up appointment. Tech arrived in the given window and installed part in 30 minutes. Between two visits, tech was onsite for less than an hour. Final bill was $512, including the $60 part.
The customer service is outstanding, and the repair tech was highly knowledgeable and professional, he kept me informed of what he was doing and why. The service trucks are well stocked and ready to repair or replace any necessary parts that may be needed, I would highly recommend this company
