I had the best experience with Rob. I called him from Tampa to help me repair my elderly mother’s a/c in Ocala. I had called 14 other companies prior to him and received bids topping 10k for a 2.5 ton split hvac system replacement. He listened and responded with a sincere “Is your Mom ok, how is she managing”.
