As someone who likes to repair their own appliances and devices I had to admit that I couldn't figure out my refrigerator problem and called to talk with Tim. He patiently listened to the diagnostics I had run and recommended other things to try. In the end it was a sealed volume issue and the repair would cost as much as a new fridge. I very much appreciated his patience and advice offered at no charge over the phone.
