Responding to the owner Peters message since I can not reply on my other email. Yes they ask you to sign an acknowledgement that you are satisfied with their services BEFORE closing. When a title company who has been delaying the transaction and threatening to not close the deal, where the owner hangs the phone up on you when you ask for clarity on what is needed to clear title... Horrible title company- have been in real estate over 13 years with hundreds of transactions and this is by far the worst title company I have ever dealt with. All other parties felt the same, buyer, seller, realtors and attorneys. Will never work with them or recommend them to anyone in this industry.
I had a closing with A Absolute and they did an amazing job! There were some things that I personally missed and they made sure even at the last second to make the necessary changes that were needed. Jennifer Jankosa was our closer and she was amazing. She was patient and took care of my family. I highly recommend their services.
