We are very dissatisfied with the manner in which the plumbing technician handled the pricing out of our repair service in which he started out at a very outrageous amount give the scope of the work and only after my wife had complained that the price was way to high - did the technician lower it, yet, not before texting his manager a couple times in which to do that.
