Tech was reckless and pulled oven out crashing into my kitchen island, tried pushing it back resting on his tool box. tool box smashed into lower oven doorcrashing glass. Glass damaged cabinet under oven. Tech would not give owners full name or address. Called owner would not give us his insurance information. wound up calling the police.
