Requested a carpet cleaned one week in advance for son s apartment. They were late, well over an hour. I called 3 times to verify when they were going to arrive. When they came, they came out to do an air duct cleaning, not prepared to do a carpet cleaning. Asked for a pliers to turn on the water at an apartment building.... Went to the office manager who told Stephen, their employee; that he had to bring his own water to clean the carpet. Called to have house, camper, and truck carpets cleaned! I was willing to pay the price, and the man on the phone got VERY RUDE with me!!!!!! I was expecting to pay at least 150 to 200. I will take my business else where!!!!!!! Thanks JERK!!!!!!!
People on the phone were very rude. Was promised a time between 8am-9am and they were an hour late. I am starting to think that all Colorado businesses need training on customer service and being on time.
