Had no problem contacting anyone if I needed to. That texted me about my payment ahead of time and really liked the location of the Storage
We have had a unit here for 2 years, there are security cameras everywhere. Yet, when our storage unit got broken into on Christmas Eve this company did not and would not provide us with the video footage we needed to close the case. It was very odd that they didn't try every way to get video footage until 2 weeks later and by then the lady told me it was too late. We contacted the owner about the break in less than 48 hours after it happened and she wouldn't show us any videos.
