Best customer service I’ve ever had at a junkyard. Jerome was professional, respectful, and actually took the time to help me instead of rushing me off the phone. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and cares about customers. Shout out to the owner/management — you’re lucky to have an employee like him. Honestly deserves a raise.

When you do your job, and fix my oil stick, ill give you back your car battery charger!!! I paid you a deposit to do a job ON MONDAY. You said it would be done on Tuesday. You told me Tuesday to come back today, and you're not even around. My car is how I make my money, amd you're making lose money waiting on you. Im not oaying you shit, but like I said, fix my oil stick, LIKE YOU SAID YOU WRTE GOING TO DO, and ill give you back your car battery charger. Im not giving you any money
