The gentleman name was Leo . He was very experienced and very friendly, but most of all very honest which you don’t find much anymore . I would definitely call them again for any appliance need. I highly recommend them.
Service technician was very friendly
They are timely on their service and they will be adamant about where you or how you found them and their services. But make sure they explain to you upfront that the estimate they gave you on the phone will be plus labor and they will not discuss with you before they do it how much is gonna cost, you will have to ask them. I was given a $79 service charge over the phone but was not explain to you that the service charge will be plus labor. Apparently the $79 is just for them to drive to the house.
