He was very pleasant in his interaction. He fixed my sub zero at my house & my walk in cooler at our restaurant. He contacted me first & arrived on time. He gave us a fair diagnosis of the issues. We were very pleased with the outcome. They put everything in writing. I feel Bill is a great asset to this co. We will called later that week to have him fix our keg cooler.

I was recommended to this co by word of mouth. My managers were very pleased with the professionalism & the detail in the work . We did receive a warranty aswell! Jim gave us recommendations for new equipment! He fixed our sub zero in the employee lounge. (They have a tech dedicated to sub zeros only) He fixed the beverage air compressor. He cleaned our hoshi ice machine. They had the best price.

This company replaced my compressor on my True commercial fridge ! He also fixed my ice machine as well. The part was in backwards. He puts everything in writing. They explained in detail what was going to take place. I put half down. Jim has a high IQ wow. U won’t be disappointed at all. Then he came to my house to fixed my sub zero a week later. Is there anything he doesn’t fix. Lol. Excellent service too. Job well done!
