We were advised to purchase a replacement inducer motor because your competitor's technician relied solely on the error code indicating a replacement motor would resolve our furnace issue. Mark and Tristan came out and performed a generator outlet install and they were fantastic!! The guys were super nice and knowledgeable and walked us through proper use several times. Jacob, the owner, worked some magic and got us scheduled same day so we could prep for an upcoming storm. Highly recommend, I’ll definitely be using the company again!
