Hired A Abby Group for new sod, irrigation work and some lighting which was completed in mid-June 2021. Four weeks after the sod was installed - the yard became inundated with a variety of weeds and evolving into what looks like a wild pasture with flowering weeds and an overpopulation of weeds that makes up 40% of the front yard.
