I called to get a quote and the person I spoke to was rather rude! Couldn't understand why I wanted something in writing! Reading the above comments, I understand why.

Twelve years ago, I had a traumatic experience with this company but I was not on social media to warn others. My first husband and I had an organ and a piano to move to St Petersburg , Fl and smaller apartment items and we were assured that they would do the job carefully. Two tired, cranky men greeting us by refusing to move the piano and the organ upstairs. They finally moved the organ without blankets and chipped it. Im very sad the owner Richard retired. I needed them one last time, Richard was very nice and pet friendly. I recommended him to all my friends, good luck guys!

Memphiz101, Discount Moving including Jay, are very hard workers, and very respectful. They've moved me over three times, they also charged me a long walk but it was over a 300ft. walk. I appreciate them and their hard work, they were worth every penny. We must respect hard workers, we also gave them a great tip. Great company. Chow!

I used Discount Moving just a week ago and found out that the company doesn't even exist anymore, the owner Richard retired and he subcontracted the job's out to a guy named Jason Garcia,I knew something was fishy when the bill came to more than the actual quote, plus I was told to write the check out to him instead of Discount Moving..I called the Better Business Bureau,and I can't wait to see them in court, and see there faces..
