Terry is one of the kindest humans I have ever met, he goes out of his way to teach and show understanding to the craft, could not work for a better Leader
He did plumbing work for me as a flipper. He did good work. Toilet installation, moved shower and drains and sinks, replaced a stack, and so other things, but the cost was astronomical. I told him my budget was 5k and he was licensed and bonde d in Shaker so I went with him bc Shaker is so picky. My final bill was13k. His mark up is huge. Punctuality is so so. Dave his primary guy is loyal and good.
