In October of 2016 the owner, Mr. Kemler himself, came and replaced our water tank. Aside from overcharging, he assured us at the time (as well as writing explicitly on the work receipt) that there was a 5-year warranty on the tank. Fast forward to August of 2020 (Not even 4 years later) and the tank has failed, and needs a full replacement. I call Mr. Kemler to see about this warranty he said (and wrote) about. Bruce came to inspect a leak I had in my basement. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. He commented how I must have had a private inspector inspect my home when I bought it because I didn’t have railings down the steps and it wasn’t up to regulation. Once in the basement said he was looking for other problems in my home. I asked him to look at a leak not judge the “problems” in the rest of my home.
