In October of 2016 the owner, Mr. Kemler himself (AA Water Wise Plumbing, or Kemler Plumbing, whatever they want to call themselves), came and replaced our water tank. Aside from overcharging, he assured us at the time (as well as writing explicitly on the work receipt) that there was a 5-year warranty on the tank. Fast forward to August of 2020 (Not even 4 years later) and the tank has failed, and needs a full replacement. I call Mr. Kemler to see about this warranty he said (and wrote) about.
